Young Life is a ministry that is near and dear to my heart, and we've been significantly involved for more than five years. My friend Stephanie Johnson and I work together to coordinate the Social Media strategy for Young Life Kingsport. Alyssa has shared her story about how Young Life has impacted her life, and we thought it would be great to photograph her to go along with that. She is a senior this year, and we hope that our images forever document who she was at this important time in her life.
My passion is lifestyle photography. I don't like to direct. I don't like to pose. I don't like to construct scenarios. That isn't my usual. However, it was fun to step out of my comfort zone and partner with Stephanie to explore this world of senior photography.
